  • How will I attach my cuff?
    You will be provided a leather string to attach your cuff to your rifle. You may, of course, switch this out for paracord of your choice - it will not affect the use and may add to the overall character of your rifle.
  • Do I need to apply conditioner?
    No, the finish applied is called Resolene, made by Fiebing's. Resolene is a protective acrylic finish that penetrates the leather and seals it.
  • Do you take orders over the phone?
    Not yet but this is an option we are open to adding as we build this venture. For now, our online orders are up and running and payments are backed by secure SSL verification - the industry standard for securing your payment data.
  • I like your work, but I'm looking for something different.
    I am open to trying new designs and products, reach out on the contact page and let's have a conversation.
  • Who do you use for shipping?
    All orders will be shipped via UPS exclusively.
  • What can I do if my product was shipped to the wrong address?
    If your order was shipped to the wrong address, that is because it was entered incorrectly during the ordering process. If that is the case, I cannot reasonably be responsible for lost orders. Please check carefully prior to final confirmation when ordering. The only address I have is the one supplied by the customer.
  • Do you ship outside the United States?
    Sadly, no, I only ship my products within the United States.
  • What is your return policy?
    Products may be returned for a full refund within thirty (30) days or exchanged for a similarly valued item as long as the product is received in the same condition it was shipped in. If you wish to upgrade, we can discuss that as well.
  • What can I do if I have an issue with my order?
    Each and every Dam Fine Leather product represents a considerable amount effort, pride, and craftsmanship. Occasionally I do make a mistake. My goal is 100% but I am human and I will treat you as I would expect to be treated, with the utmost respect and dignity. If there is a problem with your order, please explain the situation as best you can to ensure we're both on the same page and you get what you need. An e-mail will allow me to read, re-read, and answer your questions anytime, 24/7 so please use the contact form. Bottom line, I will go out of my way to make sure you receive your order and have what you need to be successful.
